exceeding the present limit mutually agreed upon by you and your bank(s); (c) any

payment issues arising from any transaction; or (d) decline of the transaction for any

other reason(s) whatsoever.

You understand, accept and agree that the payment facility provided on aajtraders.in is

neither a banking or financial service, but is merely an automated online electronic

payment facility for transactions on the Site and uses existing authorised online banking

infrastructure and credit card payment gateway networks.

All payments made by you for purchases on the Site must be in Indian rupees and

acceptable in the Republic of India. We will not facilitate any transaction in any other

currency for purchases/services on aajtraders.in.

We also reserve the right to delay notifying payment confirmation if we deem a buyer’s

high transaction volumes to be suspicious. This is to ensure the safety of the

transaction and payment. In addition, DLF Brands Ltd may withhold a payment without

dispatching the purchase (or refunding payment to the buyer), or remit the payment to

law enforcement officials/investigation agencies at their request if the buyer is engaged

in any illegal activity.

terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, or boycott.

Cessation of Operation: Company may at any time, in its sole discretion and without

of India. Customer hereby consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in

Kochi in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the aajtraders.in website. Use

of the aajtraders.in website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect

to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this

paragraph. By using this Website or ordering Products, you consent to the jurisdiction

and venue of such courts in connection with any action, suit, proceeding or claim arising

under or by reason of this T&C.

Waiver of Class Action Rights: By entering into this agreement, you hereby irrevocably

waive any right you may have to join claims with those of others in the form of a class

action or similar procedural device. Any claims arising out of related or connection with

this agreement must be asserted individually.
